Question: How much does flagstone cost?

Answer: The cost of flagstone varies for a number of reasons, location, type, quantity and quality of the flagstone. Here in Ontario Canada, One ton in weight is approximately half a pallet of flagstone.

The average price per ton of flagstone range from $250 to $450 Canadian dollars.

Question: How much flagstone will I need for a 12ft x 8ft patio?

Answer: 12ft x 8ft = 96 square feet. I always recommend you buy at least 15% extra flagstone.

Adding 15% brings to total required amount of flagstone to approximately 110 square feet.
